The implementation of measures within the framework of the federal project "Preservation of unique water bodies" was discussed at the KazanSummit site by Nikolay Ponomarev and Alexey Pesoshin
The head of the Lower Volga Basin Water Management of the Federal Agency of Water Resources Nikolay Ponomarev arrived in Tatarstan on a working visit. The day before, he met with the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Shadrikov to discuss promising areas for further work, and today, on the sidelines of the summit, the head of the Lower Volga Basin Water Management met with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. They discussed the construction of coastal protection facilities in Tatarstan, the implementation of measures within the framework of the federal project "Preservation of unique water bodies" of the national project "Ecology", the overhaul of hydraulic engineering measures, as well as the possibility of holding a meeting of the Basinal Council of the Lower Volga Basinal District in Kazan.
Let us recall that this year in the Republic of Tatarstan, the construction of a coastal protection structure in the village of Kamskoye Estuary is underway, 4 water bodies are being cleared within the framework of the federal project "Conservation of unique water bodies" of the national project "Ecology" (clearing the right tributary of the Mesha river near the village of Nikolskoye and cleaning the pond in the village of Derzhavino Laishevsky district, clearing the right tributary of the Vyatka river in the city of Mamadysh and the clearing of the riverbed of the Bersut river near the village of Kamsky Lespromkhoz of the Mamadysh municipal district), as well as the overhaul of 14 hydraulic structures.
