Fence on bank of river Shilna demolished. Ministry of Ecology inspectors continue work on providing free access to republic water bodies

A metal fence restricting free access to the Shilna river bank was demolished in the Tukaev District of the Republic of Tatarstan. Earlier, the inspectors of the Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan compiled a protocol under Article 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (“Non-compliance with the provision of free access of citizens to a public water body and its coastal strip”). The owner of the land plot was given an order to remove the fence. By now the fence that restricts public access to the water body is dismantled, the violation has been eliminated.
