The motorway Kazan-Buinsk-Ulyanovsk.A bridge across the Ulema River near the village of Churu-Baryshevo in the ApastovskyRegion. On this section, the inspectors of the ZavolzhskyTerritorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded the dumping of dirty snow into the waterbody. The party at fault was caught on the spot of the offense. The environmental experts broughtthe official of the organization, which is engaged in snow removal in winter time to responsibility under Part 8.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation: Violation of water resourcesprotectionrequirements which can result in their pollution, clogging and (or) depletion
