Garbage chaos in Kazan yard. Ecologists found out who made violation

As if an army has marched through the place. This is how we can say about the situation in the Kazan yard at the address: Karbyshev str. 28. Solid household waste, wood products, used tires, construction waste, old furniture formed an illegal landfill with an area of ​​more than 300 m2. Unauthorized disposal of waste was recorded by the inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Environmentalists found that the garbage in this area was formed as a result of the dismantling of the houses. According to residents of neighboring houses, wooden sheds are demolished by homeless people who take out old items. As the inspectors of the Central Administration noted, the land owner will eliminate this landfill. According to the federal law 131 FZ "On general principles of the organization of local self-government in the Russian Federation", the responsibility for maintenance in proper condition is laid on the administration of the Soviet district. Ecologists will send a letter to the administration to eliminate all the reasons and conditions that contributed to this violation and take measures to clean up the territory in the shortest possible time.
