Thousands of water bodies brought into order, 10 thousand kilometers of coastal strip cleaned. Results of contests “Clean Coast” and “Springs of Tatarstan” summed up in Kazan today

Thousands of water bodies of the republic, 10 thousand kilometers of coasts have been brought to the proper condition, more than 10 thousand cubic meters of garbage have been taken out from the territories. Results of republican contests for cleaning of places for mass recreation of citizens and improvement of the springs “Clean Coast” and “Springs of Tatarstan”, organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with municipalities, were summed up in Kazan today. More than 30 thousand Tatarstanians took part in the environmental event. The action was actively supported by local residents, activists of public organizations (the Russian Geographical Society, Budetchisto, Young Guards, the National Front), schoolchildren, students, employees of enterprises and organizations (management companies, local governments), media, political party United Russia) and sports associations. “It is gratifying that participants of environmental competitions were people of different ages and different professions. These are people who give their heart and soul for preserving the nature of Tatarstan. Today, by their example, they proved an active environmental position, having invested a significant contribution to the protection of the environment of our republic,” – Farid Abdulganiev, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, stressed. The importance of such environmental activities was also noted by Farit Khayrutdinov, Head of Rosprirodnadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan. According to him, cleaning the territory of his native land is a holy and noble cause.

Those who showed the greatest activity in measures for sanitation of places for mass recreation of citizens and improvement of springs, today were awarded with memorable prizes and gifts. According to the results of the contest “Clean Coast”, the best in the nomination “The best municipal district” are:

1 place - Kazan,

2 place - Naberezhnye Chelny,

3 place - Muslyumov district.

In the nomination “The best rural settlement” the winner was the Tanaisk rural settlement of Elabuga district.

The most active labour collectives:

1. LLC Social Service Shinnik

2. Kindergarten of combined type Fairy Tale of Tetyush

3. Children's Ecological and Biological Center of Elabuga district.

In the nomination “The best public organization”, the winners are:

1 place - the branch of the Russian Geographical Society in the Republic of Tatarstan,

2 place - the Buinsk regional society of hunters and fishers,

3 place - The Youth Ecological Movement of the Republic of Tatarstan Budetchisto.

Svetlana Shumkova (TV channel NTR 24), Elvira Ermakova (TV channel Efir-Naberezhnye Chelny), Alexander Sevastyanov (TNV), Andrei Shulga (TV channel Efir), Gulnaz Titova (Elabuga news service), Maria Pavlova (newspaper Kama News), Aigul Mutigullina and Ilya Tagirov (Information Agency Tatar-Inform), Gulgen Shigapova (newspaper Vatanym), Veronika Latypova (newspaper Tatarstan Republic).

“The best public inspectors” were Alexander Grozenok, Dmitry Posveshinny and Azat Kayumov.

Maxim Kuzovnikov (2 years) became the “Youngest participant” of the contest “Clean Coast”", and Victor Kitov (76 years) was named the winner in the nomination “The Most Experienced Participant”.

In the contest “Springs of Tatarstan” in the nomination “The best well-maintained spring in the municipal district”, the winners are:

1 place - the spring “Tegerman Sharlawygy” in Almetyevo district,

2 place – the spring “Holy Spring” in Laishevo district,

3 place – spring “Apakai-Chishmese” in Pestrechin district.

In the nomination “The best well-maintained spring in a rural settlement”, the winners are:

1 place – spring “Minnegari koesy” in the Novousinsk rural settlement of the Muslyumovo district,

2 place – spring “Tegermen tava chishmes” of the Klyancheevsky rural settlement of the Kamskoustie district,

3 place – spring “Safonovsky” in the Aishinsky rural settlement of Zelenodolsk district.

In the nomination “Public Initiative” the best were:

1 place – Nurlat Branch of the Tatarstan branch of the party United Russia

2 place – Public movement Timurchylar - Volontrlar at Apazov school of Arsk district,

3 place – Society of the disabled of the Alekseevsky district.

“The most active citizens” – Vladimir Ivanov (Verkhneuslon district), Iskhak Mukhlisov (Nizhnekamsk district) and Gulnaz Mustafina (Aznakaevo district).

Measures for sanitary cleaning of places for mass recreation of citizens and improvement of springs took place in the framework of the Year of Ecology in Russia and the Year of Ecology and Public Spaces in the Republic of Tatarstan. The campaigns were held with the aim of establishing and maintaining a sanitary order on the banks of reservoirs, cleaning up of debris, developing public activity and careful attitude of citizens to nature in all municipal formations of Tatarstan.
