Specialists of the Ministry of Ecology familiarized with the environmental program TANECO

Today, experts of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan familiarized themselves with the environmental activities of the Nizhnekamsk industrial enterprises. As part of the work trip, environmentalists visited the facility of Tatneft, a complex of oil refineries and petrochemical plants named TANECO. They inspected combined hydrocracking unit, delayed coking unit, flare facility, treatment plant and industrial waste landfill. Environmental friendliness of the modern environmental and resource-saving technologies used at the refinery complex was highly appreciated by Farid Abdulganiev, Minister of Ecology of Tatarstan. He noted that TANECO used the best available technologies, which give an advantage in the economy, the environment and in the quality of products. According to him, the company very responsibly approached the issues of ensuring environmental safety at the enterprise, this will eliminate environmental pollution.
