Opinions and ideas were exchanged today in Kazan, in the “Сәләт” hall during a business breakfast. The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Abdulganiev, met with the finalists of the Third Republican League of Debates in Tatar “Bezneң Fiker”. There were a lot of questions. One of the key ones was the protection of native nature and the protection of native language: what is common in these concepts? Today, everything was sorted out. “I often say that the Tatarstan people are accustomed to living in cleanliness. The Tatar language is rich in words, which speak about order, nature, and discipline. The same as in Russian. Language is the main tool that preserves traditions and fosters respect for native land. Therefore, I put the “equal” sign between the concepts of “native nature protection” and “native language protection”. At the same time, no religion welcomes extravagance – israf, “the Minister said.

The head of the Ministry of Ecology told about the work of the ministry, about the ongoing actions and programs being implemented. “Ecological culture is given a special attention. A careful attitude to nature should be brought up from a young age,” Farid Abdulganiev emphasized.

Activists were interested in the office of public inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and the application “School Ecopatrol”. Young and active visitors even offered the Minister to create a militia for combating negligent citizens who throw garbage in unauthorized places.

According to Timur Suleymanov, Executive Director of the Fund “Сәләт”, within the framework of the Year of Ecology and Public Spaces in the Republic of Tatarstan, the theme of nature protection will again become one of the key Forum of 2017. Recall, that last year in Bilyarsk Forum “Сәләт” was held under the slogan: “From the ecology of nature to the ecology of the soul, and vice versa.”
