CJSC Dorozhnik finedfor 800,000rublesfor unlicensed subsoil use

800,000rubles fine will payCJSC Dorozhnik for unlicensed use of subsoil. In May 2016, the violation of environmental legislation in the field of subsoil use was identified by the inspector of the GIEN (State Inspection of Environmental Supervision) and the CTA of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the raid in the Laishev district near the village of Sokurythe environmentalistsdiscovered unlicensed mining of common mineral resources. The area of ​​the illegal quarry was more than 4,000 square meters. Together with officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Laishev district and specialists of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RT, 4 trucks and a wheeled excavator were detained. Against the offender,CJSC Dorozhnik,was compiled a protocol on administrative violation in part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Subsoil use without a license for subsoil use) and imposed an administrative fine of 800,000rubles. CJSC Dorozhnik applied to the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan to challenge this decision. By a court decision, the decision to impose an administrative penalty has been upheld. The offender did not agree with the decision of the Arbitration Court, appealing it to the 11-th Arbitration Court of Appeal (Samara). But it supported the previous decision of the Ministry of Ecology and recognized the organization’s actions as illegal.
