Mining outlawed. Samara CommercialCourt of Appeal upheld the RT Ministry of Ecology’s claim to suspend the activities of LLC “Kama Quarry Management”

For violations of the license agreement and rules of the land legislation byLLC“Kama Quarry Management”, the Samara CommercialCourt of Appeal decided to suspend activity of the subsoil user LLC “Kama Quarry Management”.

Despitethewarningsof environmentalists and the imposition of fines by administrative authorities, orders, the company refused to voluntarily suspend the works until the elimination of violations. The inspectors of the Southeast Territorial Administration of the Ministry filed a claim to the CommercialCourt of the Republic of Tatarstan. The claim was satisfied. The company did not agree with this decision and filed a complaint against the decision to the 11-th Court of Appeal of Samara. Eleventh CommercialCourt of Appeal upheld the decision of the Commercial Court of the Republic of Tatarstan.
