Entrepreneurship with damage to nature is unacceptable. Administrative case for land corruption in Almetyevsk

Landfill from construction and industrial wastes was revealed by the inspector sof the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during the helicopter flight. Automobile tires, scrap of ferrous metals, synthetic materials and old household appliances were littered with the territory of one of the Almetyevsk enterprises. According to environmentalists, the total landfill area was 4500 sq.m. Soil samples were taken to assess the degree of contamination and determine the damage caused. At present, specialists of the Ministry of Ecology are conducting proceedings on the case of an administrative offense. The perpetrators will be held responsible under Art. 8.2. Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Failure to comply with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling production and consumption wastes, substances that deplete the ozone layer, or other dangerous substances" and Part 2 of Art. 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Destruction of the fertile soil layer, damage to lands as a result of violations of the rules for handling pesticides and agrochemicals or other substances and production and consumption wastes that are hazardous to human health and environment".
