Buinsk schoolchildren traveled to ecological fairy tale

“Preserving nature means saving lives”. Under this slogan, ECO-lesson was held in the Central Library of Buinsk. The schoolchildren of the city took part in the event, presenting to the audience a performance telling about one of the pressing environmental problems – the negative impact of human activities on the environment. As part of the event, the schoolchildren held an environmental quiz, recalled proverbs and sayings about natural resources together with the audience, sang songs about Mother Earth, read poems about the flora and fauna of the native land. The works were evaluated by experts of the Zavolzhsky territorial department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to the teachers, students actively participate in activities of an environmental nature. Within the framework of #ECOspring2017, they carried out a number of environmental actions: clean-ups, waste paper collection, making nest boxes. These activities will continue in the framework of the Year of Ecology and Public Spaces in the Republic of Tatarstan.
