50,000 roublesfine for ignoring the Ministry of Ecology inspector’sorder.

A company in Almetyevsk was fined for 50 thousand roublesfor failure to fulfil the legitimate demands of the official – state inspector of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Unauthorized waste disposal was discovered during inspectionon a helicopter. The state inspector for the environment protection of the Southeast Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of RT filed a case of an administrative investigation and sent a request for the recovery of information from the legal entity. The request was ignored. On this fact the state inspector drawn up a report in accordance with Article 17.7 of the Administrative Code. The Almetyevsk municipal court has found guilty the organization that had ignored the state inspector demand. A fine in the amount of 50,000 roubles has beenimposed.
