The XIII All-Russian Congress "State regulation of the use of mineral resources 2016 Winter" will be held in Moscow

Licensing of extraction of mineral resources, the use of preserved and liquidated boreholes, withdrawal of land plots, hard-to-recover reserves - these and many other questions will be discussed during the XIII All-Russian Congress "State regulation of the use of mineral resources 2016 Winter". The event will be held on December 5-7 in Moscow in the hotel "Balchug Kempinski Moscow". The event is organized by the Group of companies "Agency of social and economic development" (ASERGRUPP). The following key topics among others will be discussed during the Congress: - All the matters regarding licensing of the use of mineral resources: legislative regulation and practical recommendations of the leading experts. - Practical matters for the normative and organizational provision of the rational use of mineral resources and judicial practice. - Everything concerning extraction of ground waters and common mineral resources. The site of subsurface resources of local importance. Important changes for individual water users. The unique format of the Congress provides an opportunity to ask any questions and obtain explanations from the representatives of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency on Subsoil Use, the Department of the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service for Moscow, the Federal Budgetary Institution "Rosgeolexpertise" and other experts. The main aim is to promote improvement of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the use of mineral resources, as well as to enhance the state of the geological prospecting field, efficient extraction and use of natural wealth.
