Citizens of Tetyushi district cleaned the coastal area of the Volga River

The large-scale campaign "Clean shore" was held today in Tetyushi. Specialists of the Trans-Volga Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the students of the State Autonomous professional Educational Institution "Tetyushi Agricultural Vocational School" cleaned the coastal area of the Volga River from litter.  "We all love to rest outdoors and enjoy the beauty of our motherland. In order for us to be able to enjoy the nature ever after, let's learn how to clean after ourselves! Man and nature are integral, without nature a man won't get clean air, healthy food, landscapes, and happy eyes... Don't litter, don't leave waste and clean after yourselves - waste inflicts great damage on the environment! But primarily it harms us", acknowledged the students. The aim of the event is to attract attention of authorities and public to the problem of preservation of the river that is not only the national pride, but also a valuable strategic natural asset.
