Ecological specialists in Buinsk registered discharge of waste on to the soil

Inspectors of the Trans-Volga Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a raid around Buinsk in the framework of the two-month sanitary and ecological campaign. In the course of the inspection it was revealed that waste package materials were discharged on to the soil in the area of 6 square meters to the extent of 2 cubic meters. An administrative protocol was drawn up against an official according to Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation("Failure to comply with ecological and sanitary&epidemiological requirements in the course of management of production and consumption waste, the substances destroying the ozone layer, as well as other hazardous substances").
