The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation approved a new methodology for calculating the dispersion of harmful substances in the atmosphere. The corresponding order has been registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. As the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia Sergey Donskoy noted, the document is of a key importance for environmental regulation, in fact, it is a matrix for calculating the maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants and maximum permissible emissions into atmospheric air.
