Today, it is the 15th anniversary of the Formation of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. To that extent, the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Abdulganiev, addressed representatives of the nature protection services:

"Nature protection area of Tatarstan has a long and rich history. It's been 15 years since the Ministry of Ecology

The Day of Ecological Education established in 1991 is celebrated today in Russia. The main aim of the event is to develop ecological culture of the population. Various ecological campaigns both of educational and practical nature are held on this day: exhibitions, conferences and contests are held along with nature protection campaigns aimed at cleaning of parks and landscaping of territories

The damage inflicted on the environment in Petretsy district of Tatarstan amounts to millions of rubles, as it was estimated by ecological specialists. The punishment for grand theft is envisaged according to Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.  Preliminarily, the damage amounted to more than 8 million rubles. A report on illegal extraction of common mineral resources near Togashevo village of Pestretsy district was received on May 8th at 7 pm through the hot line of the Ministry of Ecology

"Let's save nature together!" The campaign organized by volunteers of GreenKazan was held today under such a slogan at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the framework of the project "Let's save forest". We were informed on the ecological campaign at the end of last year, so fellow workers of the Ministry prepared themselves quite thoroughly – they managed to collect more than 1 ton of waste paper. According to the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Abdulganiev, the campaigns on collection of waste paper should be held in every city, district, and village of Tatarstan

"It's unbecoming to litter the Earth" - this is the slogan of the Regional seminar-workshop held at the Municipal Budgetary Children's Educational Institution "Center for children's  development - nursery No. 65 'Ivushka'" of Almetyevsk: "Relevant aspects of ecological education of preschoolers through implementation of the International program 'Eco-School/Green flag". Fellow workers of the Trans-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with representatives of Nizhnekamsk Administration and the managing company participated in beautification

All pupils are invited to participate in the city stage of the International nature protection campaign “March of parks-2016”.  The event is held on May 1-16 at Kazan Children’s Ecological and Biological Center.  It is aimed at fostering of ecology-oriented mindset in the young generation and its involvement in the nature protection activity.
