The meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan devoted to the International Anti-Corruption Day was held today at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The following topics were discussed in the course of the meeting:
1. Information in the framework of the International Anti-Corruption Day (background of the Anti-Corruption Day, history of the term “corruption”, the state of corruption in Russia).
2. Implementation of Anti-Corruption Program of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the last 11 months of 2014with review of the results of monitoring of the information on corrupt practices of officials of the
Today, the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorovdelivered Letters of Gratitude to the fellow workers of the Ministry who took active part in the contest on the use of the Portal of State and Municipal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The contest was held from May 19th until November 30th, 2014. The following people were among the winners:
1st place – Sirena Ibatullina, leading expert of the Sector for interaction with mass media;
2nd place – Elvira Nurieva, leading expert of the Specialized Inspection for Analytical Controlof the Cis-Kama Territorial Department;
3rd place – Liliya Gizatulina, Head of the Department for Development of Information Systems and Information Support.

Experts of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan inspected the system for collection and recuperation of fuel vaporsat theoil delivery terminalof “TATNEFT” OJSC of Tukaevo district.
Today, equipment of gas filling stations is carried out by companies in two principal ways: the first one is to equip gas filling stations directly with systems for collection and recuperation of fuel vapors. The second way is to equip gas filling stations with recuperation systemsto ensure return of gas vapors into the road tank during discharge of oil products into reservoirs, as well as implementation at oil delivery terminals of the systems for airproof bottom loading of fuel into road tanks and recuperation of vapors of oil products.Considering that burst releases from the so called “out-breathing”, i.e. the fuel storage reservoirs, significantly
