Two landfills were identified in Naberezhnye Chelny
Two facts of unauthorized waste disposal on the ground were revealed by specialists of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in Naberezhnye Chelny.
At the moment, a protocol has been drawn up against the violator under Part 3 of Art. 8.2 of Administrative Code, fine is imposed.
A second landfill was identified during a planned raid. “The industrial enterprise allowed the dumping of construction and household waste into the soil on the area of 5 square meters. A report on part 1 of Art. 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation was drawn up on the official of the enterprise, the violator faces a fine in the amount of 10 thousand rubles”, - said State Inspector Elena Ivanova.
