Ecology and energy resourcessaving.A round table with science and industry representatives took part today in Kazan
The issues of introduction of “green technologies” and application of green standards were discussed today at the round table “Ecology and energy resourcessaving”. The event, organized by the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, was held in the exhibition center “Kazan Fair” within the framework of the 18thInternational “Ecology and energy resourcessaving”. The Republic of Tatarstan Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Alexander Shadrikov addressed the participants of the round table with a welcoming speech. He underlined that the resources effectiveness policy isa part ofTatarstan socio-economic development general strategy and the priority in implementation of State Environmental Policy.Minimizing primary resources costs, maximum use of recycled and renewable resources, and active involvement of the republic population in the process are basic principles of the policy.
