Aleksey Pesoshin: "Major projects on settling environmental problems have been implemented under the leadership of Abdulganiev"
The Ministry of ecology and natural resources of Tatarstan has achieved good results under the leadership of FaridSultanovich; a lot of work has been done together with the federal government in the implementation of projects to address environmental problems. The boundaries of water protection areas of Kuybyshev and Nizhnekamsk reservoirs and other water bodies have been determined, - told the Prime Minister of Tatarstan - Alexei Pesoshin in evaluating the work of already ex Minister of the Republic's Ministry of Ecology. - He noted the development of the public control system and establishment of school eco-patrol. All of us can imagine, how important is the ensuring of ecological safety of the Republic, reduction of negative impact on the environment." He put a number of tasks before the new Minister: to continue work on attracting federal funds, to actively participate in the implementation of federal priority project for the conservation of the Volga River, to work to reduce emissions of pollutants. Alexei Pesoshin emphasized that the Republic's management always provided and would provide full support in solving the set problems.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of February 8, 2018 AlexanderShadrikov will be appointed to the position of Minister of ecology and natural resources of Tatarstan. Farid Abdulganiev will head the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
