121 birdhouses were built with the own hands. Pupils from 5-8 clases of the secondary school No.24 made houses for birds on the lessons of technology in Kazan. Specialists from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and activists of the ecological movement "It will be clean" told the pupils about the ecological significance of such events and which specific places of the city could be decorated by hand made birdhouses . The work of the pupils was highly appreciated by the Head of informational systems and ecological education of the Ministry of Ecology, Damir Valiullin, The special interest of the pupils was caused by the report of the Acting Chief of Department of ecological education and interaction with public organizations, Yulia Shigapova, who told about contests and promotions, conducted by the Ministry of Ecology. The pupils noted that they would become active participants in environmental data activities.
