Order is fulfilled. Sewage treatment system installed at Naberezhnye Chelny enterprise

Measures for the neutralization of pollutants were taken at one of the Naberezhnye Chelny car washes. Pursuant to the order of the inspectors of the Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, a water treatment system was installed at the enterprise. The complex of measures taken has become a method of solving a violation previously discovered by environmentalists. During the visit followed the citizens' appeal it was established that when operating a car wash the entrepreneur does not comply with environmental requirements. Namely, wastewater from car washing is not treated, which is a violation of Article 39, Article 45 of the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection". On this fact, an administrative report was drawn up against the violator in accordance with Article 8.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation: Failure to comply with environmental requirements in the implementation of urban development and the operation of enterprises, facilities or other objects, a representation was issued.
Based on the results of the re-visit, the inspectors found that the work on equipping the car wash with the treatment equipment was completed in full within the set time.
