Beyond permissible limits. Almetyevsk company punished with 800 thousand rubles fine for illegal mining of common minerals

Quarry by the quarry. At once on two sites, Almetyevsk company was mining common minerals. On one of them – under the license, while on the other – illegally. The fact of illegal mining of crushed stone on the territory of about 1000 m2 was found by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in September this year. Mineral resources in this area were extracted using an excavator and KAMAZ. During the administrative investigation it was found out that only one truck fleet in Almetyevsk has such vehicles. The offender was prosecuted under Art. 7.3 part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation: Subsoil use without a license for subsoil use. For illegal mining of rubble the Almetyevsk company was punished with an administrative fine of 800 thousand rubles. Now environmentalists calculate the damage to the land.
