Environmentalists order fulfilled. Baltasin butter-making plant installed wastewater treatment equipment

Specialists of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan regularly monitor the quality of discharges made to water bodies. At the beginning of this year, the inspectors of the Northern Territorial Administration sampled sewage in the Shoshma River. Then, the excess of phosphate and nitrite indices was revealed, as well as the approximation of some chemical indices to the maximum permissible concentrations. The deterioration of the quality of natural water was observed at the section below the sewage disposal site by the division of LLC Archa (Baltasin butter-making plant). For the use of the water body in violation of the established rules (Article 7.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), a report on administrative violation has been drawn up, and the has been issued for its elimination.

To pursue the order, new equipment has been installed at the Baltasinsky butter-making plant. Complex M-Kombi (NS) F (fat trap) has been installed on the site of sewage treatment facilities. The wastewater fed into the M-Combi is subjected to a thorough mechanical filtering. Due to these additional measures, waste waters are brought into the correspondence with MPC norms.
